See the results of this two-year Job Analysis (JA) study—a crucial method for NCCA Accreditation to verify that the credentialing examination is job-related and that its scores can be used to make accurate conclusions about candidates related to the purpose of the examination. >>
The response rate for the survey was high (17.1%) and the best response rate for an NCCAOM JA survey (over 5,000 responses).
This JA study will also be used to update the NCCAOM certification examination content outlines to ensure that the exams continue to reflect current knowledge and skill requirements of entry-to-practice acupuncture and herbal medicine practitioners in the U.S.
